You talk about what is bothering you and I listen. Many different resources may pop in during your one on one session based on intuitively partnering with you in the present moment. During a Heart Harmony session, people are often amazed at how quickly and effortlessly they can move to a new perspective and how this creates the space to alter long standing conflicts, fears or blocks. Many people say that they feel free to be authentically who they are for the first time in relation to a person, a group or a situation. When your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions are in alignment, this can lead to transformation, freedom and harmony within physically, mentally and emotionally.
